ACTION is a six-week discipleship training program and mission internship alongside an exciting long-term global missionary team. This program is for young adults who follow Christ, desire ministry experience and have a growing passion for mission. Allow us to help you discern your gifts and discover more of the call God has for your life.

Training 1 week

Serve and be served! When you arrive in Ontario, you will spend seven days at a retreat location for on-site training. It is a time to be challenged in spiritual formation and mission training. Teams are equipped with the tools necessary to grow together and serve effectively. Training topics include: Passion for Jesus, Risk Taking Obedience, Humility in Relationships, Spiritual Warfare, Peace and Justice Among the Poor, and Cross-Cultural Training. Read more.

Assignment 4 weeks

Sacrifice. The Assignment Phase is the heartbeat of ACTION. You and your team will spend 4 weeks overseas in your assigned country, you will partner with local churches and missionaries to serve, to shine, to step out and sacrifice in ways you may have never thought about before. Whether you serve in a community sports outreach, children's ministry or renovate a church building, this time will shape and mold you in ways that challenge, encourage and bless you and others. Debrief 1 week

Share. Discover and Share! You are forever changed by your experiences, your view of what God is doing around the world has changed. We want to take 5+ days to allow you to rest, process, discover and share your stories. They are important. This will be a time of celebra- tion, prayer and helping you to re-enter in your home church, and community. You are a vessel for Christ and we want to see you thriving in His best, sharing your journey. Read more.
