Lisbon, Portugal
In Portugal, the ACTION team will be serving in the Lisbon area, alongside local church planters and leaders Joe and Paula Arrais. Otto and Marjorie Ekk serve as long term MB Mission missionaries in Portugal. To learn more about how MB Mission is involved in Portugal, click here.

While in Portugal, the ACTION team will have the opportunity to live life alongside of local church leaders who are passionate about seeing the church grow in their community. The team will participate in outreach events, church services, and relationship building - including children's programs, youth group, and teaching ESL. The two churches the team will participate in are:
Loures Church - The Loures church was the first church planted by Otto and Marjorie. They have a committed group of believers and a dynamic youth group that the team will connect with. They also run a clothing outreach in the community, as well as other outreach events like teaching English and Sunday school.
Massama Church - The Massama church is much younger, but also has many passionate members within the congregation. This church has a significant number of children that attend, and their are many opportunities for kids programs that the team can invest in. The team will also connect to the youth program at this church, as well as help with teaching English.
