Yaviza, Panama
The Panama team will be working alongside of Einer and Girlesa Zuluaga in a Yaviza. The purpose of this team will be to support local churches through a variety of ministries, including children's and youth programs. The team will be working alongisde the Wounaan and Embera indigenous people groups. To read more about how MB Mission is involved in Panama, click here.
"Through my assignment on ACTION, I have gained a better understanding about how God works in other countries and how God wants to use me to go and share his love in the world. People need to be met by Jesus, and it is a privilege to be invited by God to introduce others to Christ."

The local churches in Panama are excited to have an ACTION team join them in ministry this summer. Some of the plans that they have include running Camp Retreats for families, both in Yaviza as well as coastal villages like Maje. The team will also be involved in youth ministry, and some sports camps in the cities of Chepo and Panama city. They will also participate in running children's programs in the churches and surrounding communities, as well as some possible work projects.
