Assignment Overview

Church team assignments vary depending on the needs of the missionary that you are going to serve and the particular gifts that team members have.  Teams can be involved in construction projects, teaching ESL, running kid’s camps, doing intentional evangelism, engaging in intercessory prayer, helping in church services, doing drama, running sports camps, or whatever the host missionaries think would be most effective in aiding their long term ministry strategy.  Your team leader will work with your Regional Mobilizer and the missionary host to determine your team’s ministry focus.
