We are inviting people and Churches in North America to engage in a meanigful partnership with our global MB Church family by supporting and walking alongside one of our global partners in their social development initiatives (see "Partners" to get to know who they are).

Instead of managing our own international development programs, our goal is to maximize the full potential, knowledge and competencies of our developing world partners. We intend to empower their efforts - building upon their faith, initiative, and active involvement in meeting the needs of their local communities.

b) Congo Business Exchange

Congo is an extremely poor country with little access to the kinds of business infrastructure, training and credit necessary for an entrepreneur to succeed. The business exchange program provides a forum for North American business people to come alongside the Congolese for mutual learning and resourcing.

The program begins in the local Church where potential entrepreneurs recieve training and instruction in financial management, business planning, market research, biblical stewardships, etc. Later, these entrepreneurs may qualify for small and incremental loans. 

North American entrepreneurs can make an impact on this program first, through mentoring and advocacy, and second, by providing start up capital for these fledgling businesses.
