Biography: D and M are part of a church planting team that is serving in a restricted access country in Asia. The vision for this team's ministry comes from Isaiah 58:12: "Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings." They are living in a nation where they feel called to rebuild Christ's church, raise up a nation of disciples of Jesus, and restore people who are broken and in need of God's love. During their first term, they are involved in language and culture acquisition, and are being mentored by experienced missionaries on the field.

Prayer Requests:

  • Pray that God would fill them with love and compassion for the people He is asking them to reach out to
  • Pray that they would continue to be attentive to the Holy Spirit's leading
  • Pray that their ministry would be effective and that they would be able to use the gifts God has given them
  • Pray for safety and protection as they bring their young family on this adventure
