Biography: D&S are providing leadership for a church planting team going into a restricted access country in Asia. They will be working in partnership with the National MB Church through church planting efforts to the least reached in the North of the country they are going to. Their first term will involve language study and learning the culture as well as building bridges and laying the foundation for ministry together with the National MB Church.

D has a heart for teaching the Word of God and training leaders and pastors. S has a heart for reaching out to marginalized people, walking with those in need, sharing the gospel and discipleship. They have a married son teaching in an Intercultural Studies program at a Christian College, their daughter-in-law is involved in an International Student Exchange program with a Christian organization, and their adult daughter is studying Social Work.

Prayer Requests:

  • Pray that God would prepare the hearts of those He will call to Himself.
  • Pray for open doors for gospel to go forward.
  • Please pray for continued team love and unity as we discern ministry areas that open up to us.
  • Thankful for all the ways God has provided and continues to provide for our needs.
