Biography: Richard & Hazel are serving as Member Care facilitators to missionaries in Europe and Central Asia. They provide care to missionaries and strengthen team life by promoting spiritual, relational, and emotional vitality. They are also involved in mentoring lay leaders, and teaching and preaching in Austrian and German churches.

Prayer Requests:

• Wisdom and discernment as we give pastoral care in a variety of situations; including crisis and conflict intervention
• That we may empower and encourage lay leaders to develop ministry skills and model servant leadership
• Safety and protection in our travels to missionaries and churches in Europe
