SOAR Mexico

It was time for SOAR Mexico! This was the first time that the SOAR program had ever been hosted in the city of Guadalajara, and a lot of work had gone into the preparations for this one week, inter-generational mission trip.

50 short-term mission participants came from Ontario, Utah, Oregon, and California to serve on SOAR Mexico. They were involved in various ministries in Guadalajara, including; Kids camps, English camps, evangelistic programs, sports camps, and prayer walks all around the city. The love of Christ was revealed to many as participants served and shared life with people in Guadalajara.

Additionally, the local church was supported through the ministry of these short term participants. Church members invited their friends and neighbors to these programs, and they had the opportunity to hear the good news.

Pray for the SOAR Mexico participants as they reflect on what they learned through serving in Guadalajara. Praise God for giving them willing, humble hearts and pray that they will continue to follow God wherever He leads them.

Pray also for the people in Guadalajara who heard the gospel during this week. Pray that the Holy Spirit will work in their hearts and will reveal Himself to them. Pray that they will be interested in attending church and will be drawn to Jesus.
