Training & Team Health

The Training and Team Health service is responsible for providing training as well as member care for the missionaries, staff and other members of the organization in support of holistic church planting.  

The Training & Team Health service addresses:
 • Healthy deployment of missionaries through a process of outcomes based training
 • Health of teams, staff and other members as expressed through our values
 • Training in a strategy of contextual missiology

The beneficiaries of this service are the missionaries, staff, board, volunteers, and missionary alumni.
