Mobilization Values

We are mobilizing people and churches for increasing involvement  in global mission.  We are inviting people into short-term opportunities where they can progressively experience missions, work along side our long-term missionaries, and determine if God is calling them to serve as career missionaries.

MB Mission Mobilization Values:
1. We believe the church is Jesus' mission to the world.
2. We believe mobilization is God’s invitation to join Him in His global mission. (Matthew 9:35-38 & 28:18-20)
3. We believe the local church can respond to this invitation through short and long term cross cultural assignments, prayer ministry and financial support.
4. We believe God transforms lives and local churches through discipleship in experiential mission. Transformed lives are contagious.
5. We believe short term mission teams should serve with long term holistic church planting teams.
6. We believe pre-assignment training and post-assignment debrief are essential to life transformation in mission.
