Assessing & Discerning

Moving to a different part of the world is a big decision. We will journey with you in exploring and discerning whether God is calling you to serve overseas with MB Mission in this stage of your life. As a mission, we depend on Jesus to lead and guide us in the discernment process.

At the end of Spring Adventure, the leadership team will discern whether you are ready to continue with the process at that time. The next step involves meeting with trained counselors to complete spiritual and mental/emotional fitness assessments. An interview with the leadership team will take place after your assessments are done.

Following this interview, you may be invited to join us in the fall for Mission Training & Equipping (MTE). We want to ensure that this is the right timing and right step for you. We trust that God will be leading and speaking to our leadership team and to you as we make this decision.
