Under the guidance of national church leaders and MB Mission, national evangelists are planting churches in unreached villages in Andhra Pradesh, Solapur, Maharashtra, and the Punjab. Many evangelists are now being supported by the local churches, but there is still more help needed for travel expenses and purchasing ministry material.
Read two of many testimonies:
Miss N.K: I am a 22 year old girl, studying for my B.A. I am a native of Garukul, Solapur. I used to worship Amba Bai goddess. One day Mr. and Mrs. Konda came to my house and presented the gospel. I realized that Jesus is the only way to heaven. I confessed my sins, and was baptized on March 15, 2009.
Mr. P. Raj: Before knowing Christ, I worshipped the Shiva god and wore sofran dress as a symbol of being a Shiva devotee. People used to lay prostate before me and give me honor as a big devotee. One day as I traveled to my house, a pastor gave me the New Testament Bible. I took it home but my family threw it into the well. My wife and I met Pastor Konda again and he invited us to his church where he introduced us to Jesus and prayed for us. As my wife and I read the Bible and met with the Pastor, we were convicted and confessed our sins. We were baptized on March 15, 2009. Now we have removed all our idols!
