Located along the Mekong River in northern Thailand, the Changed Life Center is a training center for future church leaders from nearby tribal groups. It will also be used to host teams that are ministering in the area.

Some buildings have been completed at the Center but there is still more construction taking place. In 2010, several new buildings were completed, including an administration building, two dorm-style guest houses, and a 4-bedroom guest house. Construction has begun on the new Dining Hall facility to be able to feed the students at the Khmu Student Center, as well as hosting conferences, retreats, seminars, work teams, and other events.

The Khmu Student Center is in the same location as the Changed Life Center. Young people come here from villages to live while they attend the local high school and to receive training and instruction in Bible, music, English, and other subjects. Many are from poor families and have come to Christ since moving to the Center to live. There are currently 40 teenagers (20 girls and 20 boys) living at the Center and 29 of them were recently baptized and are being discipled!
