A new ministry to orphans has begun! Orphans in Ukraine graduate at age 16 and typically have little support and guidance. There are plans to develop group homes and to start Trade School programs in Fall 2012 in the village of Nikolai Pole. It will begin with three classes, one group home for girls, and two group homes for boys.

The group homes will provide an encouraging and accepting environment for these orphans as they are equipped to succeed and are introduced to a relationship with Jesus. A dairy farm is being developed that will provide ongoing financial support for programs for orphans.

The Trade School will be a place to teach these young adults skills and trades (including tractor & combine driving, cooking and carpentry) while focusing on their character, teaching the students to live lives of integrity. This will help these students both integrate well with society and secure employment after their schooling is complete.
