How to Apply

Individual Application
*Please note - all minors need to be accompanied by an adult.

Step 1: Register as an Individual by completing the online Individual Application Forms.

Step 2: Mail paper forms (Release of Liability & Parental Permission) and either $100 deposit or $450 complete program cost to the Western USA Office. Final installment is due March 1.

Application Deadlines

Applications Encouraged by January 1, 2012 
Please register online by Jan. 1, 2012. If you have a group interested in attending, please contact Mark Thompson at markt@mbmission.org or 559-456-4600 to insure there is room for your entire group. Feel free to call anytime beforehand for an update on open spots availabile. 

Deadline for all Applications 
We will not accept any registrations after Febuary 15, 2012. This is also the date of final installments. We are limited to 75 spots on this mission, so we encourage you to apply early.

Final Installment Due 
Your balance is due no later than Feb. 15, 2012 for you/your entire group. The total cost for your registration is $450 USD, unless your group rate of 12+ has been approved.

Additional Costs

Souvenirs, mementos, extra snacks, health insurance coverage, is not covered by MB Mission. Transportation to and from Guadalajara is also not covered and you are encouraged to find the best rates through internet or travel agents. Please contact Mark Thompson at markt@mbmission.org about our beginning time on March 30, and ending time on April 7 in Mexico. All transportation to and from the airport will be arranged for you.
