How to Apply

  1. Click LOGIN at the top of this page to create a USER ID
  2. LOGIN with your USER ID
  3. Choose APPLICATION CENTER
  4. Choose SOAR Montreal 2012 from the AVAILABLE PROGRAMS list

Team Leaders:  select APPLY AS A TEAM.  Use the Team Control Panel to invite team members to be part of your team.

Team Members:  wait for an invitation email from your team leader, then follow the instructions to apply.

Individual Applicants:  not coming with a team?  Select APPLY AS AN INDIVIDUAL.

Application Process Overview: (Deadline May 15, 2012)

Team Application

*To be completed by the team leader (pastor, youth leader, etc.).

  1. Register your team online.
  2. Mail the deposit form and $200 to the Eastern Canada Office.
  3. Add team members using the Team Control Panel. Each team member will receive an email outlining their next steps.
  4. Complete your personal online application forms.
  5. Collect Release of Liability & Parental Permission forms and deposit ($50) from team members, then mail it to the Eastern Canada Office.

*Once we have received your completed forms and deposit, we will process your application. Acceptance packages are mailed within two weeks of receiving your information. Please contact us if you are having difficulties with your application.

 

Team Member Application
*To be completed by individuals who are registering with a team.

  1. Receive the Registration Email from your Team Leader and follow the steps.
  2. Submit paper forms (Release of Liability & Parental Permission) and deposit ($50) to your team leader.

*Once we have received your completed forms and deposit, we will process your application. Acceptance packages are mailed within two weeks of receiving your information. Please contact us if you are having difficulties with your application.

 

Individual Application
*To be completed by individuals who are not registering with a team.

  1. Register as an Individual by completing the online Individual Application Forms. If you do not have an online MB Mission account, you will need to create one first.
  2. Mail paper forms (Release of Liability & Parental Permission) and program cost to the Eastern Canada Office

*Once we have received your completed forms and deposit, we will process your application. Acceptance packages are mailed within two weeks of receiving your information. Please contact us if you have difficulties with your application.
