Spring Adventure

MB Mission hosts Spring Adventure each May in Abbotsford, BC. The week of Spring Adventure is an opportunity for participants to interact and share with MB Mission staff as well as to hear the Lead Team's heart and vision for ministry.

Throughout the week, participants learn about MB Mission’s core values, hear personal testimonies from the Lead Team, become familiar with the vision of MB Mission, and have the opportunity to share their story with the group.

Spring Adventure includes a day of team building where participants are challenged to push themselves to the limit. They are stretched physically, emotionally, and spiritually as they face obstacles head on and work through them as a team.

A unique aspect of Spring Adventure is the opportunity to spend individual prayer time with a gifted intercessor. This is an indispensable time of ministry where each person is encouraged to still their soul and seek God’s heart.

Spring Adventure is a time of discernment for participants as they learn more about the ministry of MB Mission, and take time to listen to God. By the end of Spring Adventure, each participant will hopefully be closer to discovering what God is calling them to.

Depending on previous mission experience, a four to six week ministry assignment may accompany Spring Adventure. Spring Adventure is a pre-requisite for missionary candidates entering MTE.
