Assignment Flights

Your assignment flights are now included in the cost of the program.

Personal Costs

Outside of the Program Cost, there are a number of personal costs that you must cover. These include Transportation, Passport, Vaccinations and Travel Health Insurance.

• Transportation: You are required to arrange your own transportation to and from Abbotsford, BC. Please confirm your travel plans with the TREK Office before booking them.
• Passport: You are required to obtain a passport that is valid six months after the program ends. For more information about passports, click the appropriate link: Canada | USA
• Vaccinations:Depending on your Ministry Assignment location, you may need vaccinations or immunizations.
• Health Insurance:You are responsible for your medical costs during TREK and will need Travel Health Insurance. If you have a personal health plan, you may already have Travel Health Insurance. If not, you can obtain it through CAA or AAA.
